Delete your Boxy account and data

Permanent-account deletion starts after a fresh password or linked Google verification. A retained dormant Child account can instead prove its username and password below without signing in or supplying an e-mail address. Guest accounts and other requests from people who cannot sign in go through support verification first.

Delete a dormant Child account directly

Use this form only for an under-13 account retained with a Boxy username and password. A parent or guardian—or the account holder—must know that password. Boxy checks it only to authorize deletion: this does not sign the account in, create a session, expose account data, or collect an e-mail address.

Unknown accounts, incorrect passwords, accounts that are no longer in the Child state, and other ineligible requests all receive the same response. Repeated attempts are rate-limited.

What happens next

Permanent accounts must first verify a current password or linked Google account.
A password-created dormant Child account can start deletion directly from this page without login, e-mail, or an online session.
Guest and other signed-out requests require support verification.
After verification, Boxy coordinates removal or de-identification across the website and known game worlds.
Financial, fraud-prevention, security, moderation, legal, and dispute records may be retained where necessary.
Shared content may be retained without your account identity when removing it would affect another player's world or records.
Backups may keep a temporary copy until their normal expiry.

Deletion does not cancel an app-store subscription. Cancel recurring billing with Amazon Appstore, Google Play, or the original payment provider first.
